Conducted first planogram and category management projects for Coca-Cola in the region.

So I’ve learned from firsthand experience:

  • how to initiate the project
  • pitch the projects to key account customer
  • advanced data analytics
  • choosing the right metrics
  • understanding shopper behavior
  • complying with KAM department objectives
  • retail strategy: price, product, promotions, place and people
  • conducting complex pilot projects
  • creating clear instructions for product users

With one of the initial retail clients, we started the implementation of the first planograms. We ended up with a full category management department and over 200 category management projects. The success of the projects? Value, volume, incidence, traffic, amount. But the most sustainable metric is the ability to maintain long-turn relationships and regularly facilitate healthy growth.

Developed modular store layouts for a major convenience store retailer (400 stores). I learned a thing or two about analysis, assortment, sales to space, promotional areas and customer traffic flows – not to mention steering the process toward a solution.

Consulting and advising Management Boards of CPG companies and retailers on retail strategy and ways to achieve healthy growth through innovation.

Conducting advanced research projects to decypher shopper behavior. I like to involve challenging technologies that can provide clear & simple & actionable insights.

Leading teams from idea generating over different scenarios all the way to minimum viable product (MVP) that also inspires first customers.

As a published – and nationally awarded – book author, I am devoted to creating compelling content for the readers and customers. Storytelling is a precious tool also in the fact-based environment. Brands are deeply rooted emotions – when they are good (and they should be!).

From my teenage years, I’ve traveled a lot. Mostly backpacking, as sustainable as possible. Also to the more remote places. In 2022, I explored Serbia .. Romania .. Bulgaria .. East Turkey. Also vivid, historically important, but unlucky Gaziantep so deeply hurt by recent earthquakes. The human perspective and deep respect to Nature signifies my work. Artificial intelligence is a challenge of our times that should be embraced ethically and consciously. Inspiring products are made by human beings for other human beings.

    Poleg podatkov v vnosnem polju se bo zabeležil IP naslov računalnika, iz katerega ste naredili prijavo, nadalje pa se bodo zbirali še čas odpiranja poslanih sporočil in čas klikov na povezave v sporočilih.
  2. Podatke zbiramo z namenom pošiljanja novic na temo, ki vas zanima.
    Podatke o časih odpiranja in časih klikov pa za namen analize in zagotavljanja ustreznega izbrisa v primeru vaše neaktivnosti.
  3. Koliko časa bomo podatke zadrževali?
    Če boste naše novice prebirali, bomo vaše podatke hranili dokler ne boste zahtevali izbrisa oziroma dokler se ne boste odjavili + 1 leto. Če pa naših novic ne boste prebirali, bomo vaše podatke izbrisali 1 leto po zadnjem prebiranju.
  4. Soglasja in izbris, izpis ali spremembo lahko uredite s stikom na naš enaslov.
  5. Vaših osebnih podatkov ne bomo delili z nikomer.
